3. Products and brands promoted
The subject of this promotion are all products from the Luce line that can be purchased at the E-commerce site www.lucebeauty.it.
4. Recipients
The recipients are all purchasers of Luce products on the website www.lucebeauty.it.
5. Objective of the promotion
This promotion is carried out with the intent of encouraging the sell-out of Luce products on the official e-commerce.
6. Duration of the competition
From June 5, 2024 to June 5, 2026.
7. How the operation is carried out
All consumers who purchase Luce products via the e-commerce site www.lucebeauty.it will be able to participate in this “MyLuce Club” prize operation.
In order to accumulate Luce points and request the prizes of this promotion, users must:
Create your own account or, if you already have an account, log in to the portal with your credentials;
Make online purchases on the website www.lucebeauty.it or carry out the “extra” actions that will be indicated online from time to time;
Redeem the points you have accumulated, which can be viewed in your personal area of the Luce Beauty website, and convert them into one of the prizes available in the “MyLuce Club” catalogue.
For new users: points will be valid for one year, after activating the online profile, starting from the first purchase within the promotional period.
For existing users: points will be valid for one year from the first purchase within the promotional period.
Points will be valid for less time for purchases made during the final year of the program, ending on June 5, 2026.
8. How to accumulate points
For every € spent on the site www.lucebeauty.it, buyers will earn 1 point (1€ = 1 pt)
You can view your points balance at any time by accessing your personal area of the Luce Beauty website.
It will be possible to accumulate extra Light points through the actions indicated online at the time of purchase, such as:
25 points for creating your personal account
30/50/100 pts for 3/5/10 purchases respectively
The extra points indicated above are illustrative and not exhaustive and may be subject to changes and additions. On the website www.lucebeauty.it it will be possible to consult the updated list of extra actions with the relative scores.
Based on the purchases made on the portal, in addition to accumulating points, users will become part of one of the following MyLuce Club profiles, which will allow them to have additional benefits:

All buyers who have spent up to €15.00 will fall into this profile.

9. Nature and value of prizes
The MyLuce Club catalogue will consist of the following prizes:
The total indicative value of the prizes amounts to 11,500.00 euros excluding VAT.
The prizes listed above may be subject to change. The updated and complete list will always be available on the website www.lucebeauty.it
Please note that the Electricity Discounts will be provided in the form of a discount code.
It is not possible to request the exchange/replacement of the prize or the corresponding value in money for any reason. It is not possible to request any compensation following any damages resulting from the use of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes announced with prizes of equal or greater value.
10. Using Points
The customer can use the accumulated points to request the prizes of the MyLuce Club Catalogue and other advantages, by connecting to the dedicated page on the website www.lucebeauty.it
To use the points the customer must have:
reached a minimum balance of Light Points of at least 200 pt
the balance must be equal to or greater than the prize to be requested.
The prerequisite is the availability of the selected prizes. The available offers and the number of points required for each of them will be communicated on the site.
11. Expiration of points
Light points can be accumulated and used within and no later than one year from the first purchase within the promotional period. Instead, for purchases made from 6 June 2025 onwards, the deadline for use will be 5 June 2026.
12. Territorial scope
The operation is valid throughout the national territory.
13. Advertising of the promotion
The Promoter company will communicate the promotion through its website www.lucebeauty.it: the advertising message will comply with what is declared in this regulation.

14. Conservation of the regulation
The above declaration, relating to the regulation, drawn up and self-certified pursuant to art. 10, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, is intended for storage at the offices of the delegated company Promosfera srl - via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA) at whose offices it will be kept for the entire duration of the event and for the twelve months following its conclusion.
15. Warranty and obligations
This prize operation is carried out in compliance with the Presidential Decree of 26 October 2001, n. 430 and according to the instructions indicated in Circular 28 March n. 1/AMTC of the Ministry of Economic Development.
In compliance with the requirements of Presidential Decree 430/2001 art. 7, a suitable surety bond equal to 20% of the prize pool is provided.
